Made with 2025 apples in fermentation, inspired by a classic Norman cider. This semi-dry sparkling cider is disgorged by hand and sweetened with 40 ml of maple syrup from the Au Pied de Cochon Sugar Shack. The delicate bubbles highlight the balance between the freshness of the apple and the roundness of the maple.
