Shipping and returns
We propose delivery anywhere in Canada, via Purolator, for non-edible items from our online store. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to track the journey of your package. Delivery times are between 10 and 15 working days. Delivery costs vary according to the weight of your package and the distance it will have to travel.
We propose home delivery or point-of-sale pickup for our entire online store during the holiday season and the sugaring-off season, according to dates determined periodically by our team. Our points of sale are also determined periodically.
We offer delivery to the United States, via Purolator, for non-edible items from our online store. However, you must contact us by email, via [email protected] in order to proceed.
It is possible to receive a credit (applicable on site: in store, at the restaurant and/or at the hut), a partial refund and/or a total refund.
The customer must respect a period of 30 days following the purchase to make any request for credit, partial and/or total refund.
Note, however, that no refund request is applicable on food (with some exceptions). Please contact our customer service [email protected] for more details.
In order to be able to proceed with the credit and/or the partial and/or total refund of an item, an invoice in paper and/or electronic version is necessary (order reference number).
In the case of a total refund, delivery costs are non-refundable.
No refund request is applicable in the following cases:
- Anyone who has not presented themselves at one or other of the drop-off points.
- Any person not present during the home delivery.
