Reservations
No need to tell us the day and time of your arrival, just show up during the week selected when making the reservation, according to our opening hours. Online reservations only.
1 reservation = 1 picnic for 2 people
Booking fee
A reservation fee of $5.00, non-refundable, will be charged at the time of reservation. It is possible to move your reservation up to a maximum of 2 weeks before the original date (depending on remaining availability) by contacting us via [email protected]. The basket for 2 people, meanwhile, must be paid on site, in the amount of $89.00.
Functioning
Go to the reception desk to pick up your picnic basket for 2 people. On site we will offer you a selection of ciders, wines, beers and beverages to enhance your experience. The whole orchard will be at your disposal for picnicking. A hundred umbrellas will be distributed on the ground to enhance your comfort. You can bring chairs, tables and blankets according to your wishes. In case of rain, a central tent will be at your disposal to enjoy the experience of picnics in the orchard.
Private groups
We offer a plate service formula under a private tent, a waiter as well as a cook will be assigned to you to take care of you and certain services will be prepared on the BBQ which will be under the tent. This table can accommodate 12 to 14 people. Our menu will be constantly evolving according to the seasonal products and harvests of the moment, rural and fresh, a menu faithful to the DNA of the cabin next door. La Cabane d'à Côté is located on the land adjacent to the Au Pied de Cochon sugar shack. The concept translates into a desire to prepare dishes in front of customers, with the evaporator as the centerpiece. Known for its country-style dining and traditional picnics in the orchard, the Cabane d'à Côté promotes self-sufficiency and local farm products. The fixed menu, and to be shared, focuses on the simplicity and finesse surrounding Quebec products. The chef and his team use the land as a pantry, keeping it all classic with a touch of originality. With a view of the orchard and gardens, the Cabane d'à Côté offers an intimate and friendly atmosphere.
