24-hour maceration of wild Inverness apples, orchard plums and pears. Fermentation starts in September and is subject to temperature variations at the end of summer. Hot days and cool nights make the cider evolve more quickly. The complexity of the flavors is no less intense than its orange color. The acidity of the plums, the bitterness of the wild apples and the roundness of the pears bring out flavors out of the ordinary. Natural sparkling with a delicate bubble.
