Frozen. Can stay up to 6 months in the freezer.
Salmon pot pie: Egg, flour, butter and salt. Trout, salmon, potato, milk, butter, buttermilk, onion, spinach, lemon zest, garlic and salt.
Method of preparation
Bake frozen. Preheat the oven (conventional) to 450F. Remove from the box and place the pie on a baking sheet. Brush the crust with an egg yolk then put the pie on the middle grid of the oven. Cook for 40 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for 60 minutes, or until bottom dough is cooked through (continue baking for 15 more minutes if needed). Take the pie out of the oven and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
