Maple panettone

Preparation method

We suggest slicing the panettone in the mold, eating it as is, slightly warmed or buttering it and then grilling it in a pan. Garnish it generously with maple condensed milk.

Ingredients

Flour (wheat), Sugars (maple sugar chunks, fine sugar, organic maple syrup from Quebec, honey from Quebec), Butter 82-84% (milk), Liquid egg yolks, Water, Natural sourdough, Milk, Salt, Cream 35%, Cornstarch, Gellan gum (gelling agent), Candy cap infusion, Planifolia vanilla beans from Mexico and tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.
