The blend of a crabapple cider in semi-carbonic fermentation in an amphora and a cider macerated for 7 days on the marc of Frontenac blanc and La Crescent de Pinard et filles. A textured cider with notes of orange peel approaching a sustained wine, it will be appreciated as an aperitif as well as to accompany a meal. The cider is undisgorged in natural sparkling.
