Cider of crabapples in semi-carbonic fermentation in an amphora blended with a cider that has macerated for 7 days on the marcs of Frontenac blanc and La Crescent from Pinard et filles. The cider is undisgorged in a natural fizziness and the very aromatic flavors are between cider and wine.
