AU PIED DE COCHON SUGAR SHACK
An "All-Star" season taking place in the dining room. For a limited time, we are launching a special edition of the harvest season, spanning the months of September and October only. A blend of two seasons, summer and autumn, where our team will craft a menu inspired by its surroundings. Nature, countryside, harvests, products from nearby farms, the abundance of vegetable gardens, and fruit trees. "All-Star" because there will be a special twist.
In this menu, we will revive some of our past and most beautiful harvest dishes ever conceived: the magnificent squash soup with amaretti, apples, and gruyère, the divine apple and foie gras tart, and the renowned carrot cake from the 2016 edition, which some still talk about.
Yes, we are bringing out our "All-Stars" for an ultra-limited edition.

We are delighted to announce that reservations will soon be open for the festive season, from November 1st to December 22nd! We offer you a friendly meal to share with family, friends or colleagues, in a warm and simple atmosphere. After a forced break, we are particularly looking forward to renewing this tradition that we have missed so much, that of welcoming you warmly to celebrate this magical time of year.
