Maple ham steak

Conservation 
Keep refrigerated. Consume within 7 days after receiving your order.

Preparation

1. In a large pot of cold water, submerge the ham in its bag. Over high heat, bring water to a boil.
2. Turn off the heat when the water reaches boiling point again. Leave to warm for 10 minutes.
3. Remove the bag from the water, using tongs, open it and pour its contents into a pan.
4. Over medium heat, bring the sauce to a boil while basting it over the ham.

Ingredients
Pork, water, maple syrup, apple cider, onions, butter, canola oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Contains: dairy products, nitrite.
