Our unique menu offers 15 to 20 courses inspired by traditional sugar shack classics, elevated with the creativity of our chefs. Expect a blend of comforting heritage dishes and inventive creations served in a warm and festive setting.

Pricing
Full privatization (up to 16 guests): $2,500 + taxes and service (Beverages not included)

Fixed menu: $150 + taxes per person (Alcohol and gratuity not included)

Deposit: $2,500 + taxes and service for a group of 16 guests (Additional guests up to a maximum of 24 will be charged on-site.)

La Cabane d'à Côté is located on the land adjacent to the Au Pied de Cochon sugar shack. The concept translates into a desire to prepare dishes in front of customers, with the evaporator as the centerpiece. Known for its country-style dining and traditional picnics in the orchard, the Cabane d'à Côté promotes self-sufficiency and local farm products. The fixed menu, and to be shared, focuses on the simplicity and finesse surrounding Quebec products. The chef and his team use the land as a pantry, keeping it all classic with a touch of originality. With a view of the orchard and gardens, the Cabane d'à Côté offers an intimate and friendly atmosphere.
