Pecan and maple pie: Pecans, maple syrup, butter, flour, eggs, maple condensed milk (evaporated milk, liquid sugar, maple syrup and lactose), fine salt and retain. Contains: Dairy products, eggs, nuts, gluten.
Preparation
Oven
Temper the foie gras cake 1 hour before eating it.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Remove the brioche bread from the bag, the plastic lids from the dishes and remove the pie from the cardboard box.
Place the pea soups, the dish of baked beans and the ham on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the ham from the oven and generously drizzle the apple sauce with a spoon to glaze it. Add the au jus potato dish and the omelette to the plate. Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Add the maple brioche to the baking sheet and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and turn off the oven.
Remove the dishes from the baking sheet and place the pecan pie on top. Insert the tray in the warm oven to allow the pie to warm up during the meal.
Service
Remove the acetate and garnish the foie gras cake with the maple butter and serve with the brioche.
Place a plate on the omelette and gently invert it to unmold it. Pour a drizzle of maple syrup on it and serve it as an accompaniment with the salmon.
On a cutting board, place the ham and using a fork and a serving knife, cut slices of about 1 cm. Place the slices on the potatoes au jus and pour the rest of the apple sauce.
Serve all the dishes and taste everything together.
Finish the meal by removing the pecan pie from the oven and enjoy.
