Ingredients
Smoked Salmon: Salmon, Maple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Salt, Coriander Seeds, Pepper, Ginger, Mustard Seeds, Brown Sugar, Parsley, Dill, Chili Flakes, Juniper Berries. Contains: Fish, Mustard.
Dill Cheese: Cream cheese, butter, dill, lemon, shallots. Contains: Dairy.
Brioche Bread: Wheat flour, egg, salt, sugar, milk powder, butter, yeast, maple syrup. Contains: Dairy, egg, gluten.
Method
1. Cut the brioche into slices and toast in a pan or in a toaster. 2. Spread with dill cheese. 3. Cut the salmon into slices and garnish the brioche.
